It’s sports time TTATOT’s. Stephanie and Danielle talk about game day parties, what sports they are into, and we all learn exactly how little sports terms Danielle knows. Go Team!!!!!!!!!!!

Tater Tot Skewers:

-tater tots, baked per package

-1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

-1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (Stephanie used cheddar jack)

-sour cream

-green onions, chopped

-other toppings (jalapeño? anything you would like; think baked potato)

-skewers or baking dish (if using wood skewers don’t forget to soak in water to prevent burning)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place about 6 on each skewer and then put on a foil lined baking tray or put all tots into baking dish. Top with bacon and cheese, and any other toppings of choice that would go in the oven (don’t bake the sour cream, we beg you). Bake until melty (5-8 more min). Top with anything remaining. Serve with sour cream or put that on top too. Enjoy!

Buffalo Chicken Dip:

-2 cups shredded cooked chicken

-(1) 8oz package cream cheese, softened

-1/2 cup Frank’s Original hot sauce

-1/2 cup ranch dressing (sometimes I use bleu cheese)

-1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese

-green onions, chopped (optional topping)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together and spoon into a shallow 1-quart baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot. Top with green onions and serve with chips, crackers, veggies, etc. Serve it up!
